Information about the deletion process
- After receiving your request, we will verify your identity, locate your data in our systems, and proceed with deletion within a maximum of 30 days.
- Categories of data that may be deleted include: application data (name, email, phone, messages), submitted documents, conversation history, and account data.
- In accordance with GDPR Article 17(3), deletion may be refused if the data is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression, compliance with a legal obligation, reasons of public interest, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- Legal response timeframe: 30 days maximum from receipt of your request.
