Frequently asked questions
Who has access to my data?
Only you. Each landlord only sees their own properties, candidates and tenants. Data isolation is technically guaranteed.
How long is data retained?
Data from rejected candidates is automatically deleted according to the period you configure (default 6 months). Tenant data is retained for the lease duration plus the legal retention period.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, at any time. You can delete your account and all your data. Processing is guaranteed within 30 days.
Does the AI have access to my personal data?
Sophie processes candidate messages to qualify them. She does not have access to your banking data or personal documents. Processing is done by Mistral, a European AI hosted in France.
