Use of the service
Selectio provides the landlord with a software tool to automate certain administrative tasks related to rental management. The user agrees to use the service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws.
Data processing
Personal data collected via Selectio is processed in compliance with GDPR. The landlord is responsible for processing the data of their candidates and tenants. Selectio acts as a processor within the meaning of GDPR.
Limitation of liability
Selectio cannot be held liable for decisions made by the landlord based on information provided by the service. The landlord remains the sole decision-maker regarding the choice of tenant and rental conditions.
Termination
The user may terminate their account at any time. Data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy and legal retention periods.
